Yoga with Kris Montigny

Kris is a Senior Teacher and Teacher Trainer with Master Yoga Teaching Institute, and teaches exclusively in the Svaroopa tradition.  She has received over 2500 hours of training from Rama Berch, the originator of Svaroopa Yoga, and continues to study one-on-one with Rama as a Teacher Trainer, and in Advanced Yoga Therapy and Teacher Trainings.  Kris offers weekly classes, yoga therapy, and workshops in Connecticut and Rhode Island, and trains Svaroopa Yoga teachers nationally and internationally; she is a Senior Certified Svaroopa Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, and registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT.
