Yoga with Kris Montigny

Kris Montigny, CSYT, E-RYT500, is Leading Teacher and Teacher Trainer with Master Yoga Teacher Institute, traveling nationally and internationally training Svaroopa® yoga teachers. 

She trains Yoga Teachers & Yoga Therapists, at the 200 & 500 hour, and Advanced levels, and Embodyment® Therapists, all in the Svaroopa® Tradition.

Kris continues her studies in Advanced Yoga teachings with Swami Nirmalanada (formally Rama Berch), the originator of Svaroopa® Yoga.  When she is not travelling, she offers specialized classes, workshops and yoga therapy in her studio in Niantic, Connecticut.
